Alton Village is Burlington’s newest residential community and is located north of Dundas between Walkers and Appleby Line. Development started in 2006 and is made up of a range of home styles including townhomes, semi-detached, detached and low-rise condominiums.
A number of builders were active in the development of Alton Village. Mattamy Homes, Fernbrook Homes, Valery Homes, Branthaven Homes, Sundial Homes and Emery Homes all built homes in the neighbourhood.
